WSO identifies, initiates, funds, and provides strategic guidance and curriculum for starting non-profit film schools in developing countries.
WSO equips communities with video production facilities and equipment and provides training.
WSO, in coordination with other organizations and on its own, seeks to give a voice to stories around the globe in hopes of discovering new indigenous visual storytelling styles.
